DECADES OF QUALITY AND QUANTITY

In 1990, BLC Parts was established as a complement to BLC Plant Company’s successful Used Earthmoving Equipment Company. But, by 1999, BLC Parts had grown so vastly it needed its own division with its own identity in order to reach its full potential.

Since then, this division’s commitment to quality and service has catapulted it to leader status, and allowed it to continually provide a wide range of high quality products at affordable prices.

PARTS AND PROCESS

In our fully equipped BLC workshop, machines are dismantled and their parts and components are cleaned and checked for reusability. Once checked, parts and components are either sent to storage areas, or they are rebuilt to Caterpillar specifications and then tested thoroughly. If they pass these stringent tests, the rebuilds are all covered by a warranty.

Workshop facilities include four modern bays for engine, transmission and differential rebuilds, with a test bed suitable for wheel loader and grader transmissions. Workshops are constantly upgraded and adapted, with the newest workshop addition being a hydraulic workshop in which pumps and cylinders are rebuilt and tested.
